Day 1: Arrival in Delhi:

Arrive in Delhi, India’s national capital. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Rest after your journey or explore Delhi’s vibrant Connaught Place. Enjoy a nice dinner at one of the numerous restaurants. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi – Ranthambore National Park:

Have a nice breakfast in the morning and start for Ranthambhore National Park. This is a drive of around 6.5hours. Check into a resort on arrival in Ranthambhore. At leisure for rest of the day.

Overnight in Ranthambhore.

Day 3: Ranthambhore National Park:

Discover Ranthambhore’s landscapes with two game drives – the early morning safari and the afternoon safari. With its picturesque ruins and high tiger population, the park offers great photography opportunities.

Day 4: Ranthambhore National Park – Orchha:

Orchha Chhatris

If interested, go for an optional tour of Ranthambhore Fort early in the morning. The Fort stands atop a hill of 700 ft, and is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site under “Hill Forts of Rajasthan”. Have a nice breakfast on return from this sightseeing. Pack your bags and leave for Orchha, relatively a longish drive of around 7 hours.

Check into a hotel on arrival in Orchha. Enjoy your dinner.

Day 5: Orchha – Khajuraho: 

Have a nice breakfast and afterwards proceed for a sightseeing tour of Orchha. Take a detailed tour of Orchha Fort Complex.  It was built in 1501 AD by Raja Rudra Pratap Singh of the Bundela dynasty. Later, go for a tour of the Chhatris (Cenotaphs). These are situated on the banks

of Betwa river. Chattris are a set of magnificent royal tombs of the Maharajas, placed on a platform and supported by the pillars.

Afterwards, proceed for Khajuraho, a drive of around 3 hours. Khajuraho is famous for a large group of medieval Hindu and Jain temples, famous for their erotic sculptures. The Khajuraho Group of Monuments has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1986.

Check into a hotel on arrival in Khajuraho. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 6: Khajuraho – Panna National Park:

Go for a sunrise guided tour of the temples. The carvings on the temples are so intricate and better than you can find anywhere else. Events from all spheres of life are inscribed on the walls of the temples. Of the 85 temples, which were built in the 10th and 11th Century by the Chandela rulers, some 25 still survive. Prominent of these are Kandariya Mahadev Temple and Lakshmana Temple.

After the detailed tour of the temples, return to the hotel. Enjoy your breakfast, and drive to Panna, a drive of only around an hour. Check into a resort around Panna National Park.

Go for an afternoon safari in Panna National Park. Look at the rugged terrain Panna has on offer. The park also offers sightings of leopards, antelope, and abundant birdlife as well. Return to the resort. Relax in the evening and enjoy your dinner.

Day 7: Panna National Park – Bandhavgarh National Park:

Go for an early morning safari and explore the endowments of Panna National Park. Return from the Park and have a nice and sumptuous breakfast. Pack your bags and after some relaxation, check out from the resort around noon.

Proceed to Bandhavgarh National Park, a drive of around 4.5 hours. On arrival, check into a resort. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 8: Bandhavgarh National Park:

Enjoy Bandhavgarh’s varied landscape in two safaris – one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. Bandhavgarh offers good tiger sighting opportunities. Apart from tigers, the park is home to a diverse range of wildlife and bird species.

Overnight in Bandhavgarh.

Day 9: Bandhavgarh National Park to Kanha:

Check out from the resort after breakfast and head off to Kanha National Park, a scenic 5-hour drive from Bandhavgarh.

Check into a resort in Kanha on arrival there. Relax for the day. Enjoy the amenities and ambiance of the resort itself.

Day 10: Kanha National Park:

Experience Kanha’s dense jungles and grasslands with two game drives, one in the morning and another in the evening. Kanha is known for its thriving tiger and barasingha (swamp deer) populations.

Day 11: Kanha National Park – Pench National Park:

Day 12: Pench National Park: 

Explore Pench’s wilderness in two game drives – morning and evening safari. Look out for Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and the diverse flora and fauna of the park.

Between safaris, enjoy the amenities of your resort, like nature walks or a pool. Enjoy your dinner. Overnight in Pench.

Day 13: Pench National Park – Nagpur – Delhi: 

Optional nature walk or village visit in the morning. Return to the resort, and enjoy a nice breakfast. Pack your bags and around noon check out from the resort near Pench National Park. Proceed to Nagpur Airport for a flight to Delhi. Drive to Nagpur Airport is of a little more than two hours. Catch the flight to Delhi.

On arrival in Delhi check into a hotel.

Overnight in Delhi.

Day 14: Departure from Delhi:

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight, concluding the Tiger Safari Circuit. If your flight is towards evening, you can check out from the hotel a little later, and enjoy a sightseeing in Delhi, or indulge in some shopping. Head off to the airport as per your flight schedule.
